On February 28, 2013, Xinjiang Beixin New Building Materials Co., Ltd. was officially established. On November 6th last year, our company, "Guangdong Songben Green Board Industry Co., LTD.", signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with the listed companies "Xinjiang Beixin Road and Bridge Group Co., LTD." and "Xinjiang Junhao Investment Co., LTD." under the Bingjian Group.

On November 7, 2013, the preliminary review results of the "Guangdong Province National Famous Brand" were announced, and our company's "Matsumoto" brand was successfully shortlisted for the "Second Guangdong Province National Famous Brand". The "Guangdong Province National Famous Brand" selection activity is a public welfare evaluation activity approved by the Guangdong Provincial Government, jointly organized by the Guangdong Industrial Cooperation Association, Southern Newspaper and Media Group, Southern Television Station, Tencent, and participated by the Southern Metropolis Daily, Aoyi Network, and Southern Metropolis Daily Association. It is also jointly organized and implemented by the third-party evaluation and rating agency CCVI China Value Index.
