
To review the work of 2025 and set the direction for the new year, on January 27th, SOBEN held the "Zhongjing Haizhu South China Regional Center 2025 Work Summary and 2026 Work Deployment Conference" at its Kaiping production base. Zhai Hui, Chairman of Zhongjing Haizhu Group, Yan Jinkang, Vice General Manager of the Group and General Manager of the East China Regional Center, and Gao Jianjun, Assistant to the General Manager of the Group and General Manager of the Sales Company, attended the conference. The heads of various departments and the sales team of Songben comprehensively reviewed the implementation effectiveness of the work in the previous year and reported in detail on the work planning and breakthrough paths for 2026.

At the meeting, Zhang Yunpeng, Deputy General Manager of the Group's South China Regional Center and responsible person for Songben, comprehensively reviewed the production and sales work of SOBEN in 2025, outlined the development path for the new journey in 2026, and proposed three directions: First, focus on new product breakthroughs, anchoring the company's efforts on research and development to deeply promote differentiated new products; second, strengthen internal collaboration and expand broader sales channels and fields externally; third, empower the sales side by introducing new policies to help the team increase revenue and efficiency.

Gao Jianjun, the Assistant to the Group General Manager and concurrently the General Manager of the Sales Company, highly recognized the team's diligent efforts and set higher standards for subsequent work. He emphasized that SOBEN is facing a crucial period of development, requiring efforts to break through from the sales side: further expanding the core customer base to tap into new growth opportunities, strengthening the team foundation through refined talent recruitment and cultivation, and innovating sales management models to empower growth.

Yan Jinkang, Deputy General Manager of the Group and General Manager of the East China Regional Center, put forward clear requirements for the work in 2026. In his speech, he pointed out that SOBEN's performance has steadily increased compared to the previous year, and its operational quality and efficiency have continued to improve. However, there is still room for continuous improvement and efforts need to be made. The business side must anchor on new core layout channels, promote the quality and leap of annual goals, and accurately predict and dynamically correct deviations through periodic control; the team needs to deeply cultivate high value-added products, build a high-quality talent team, and gather growth potential. The production side must adhere to the core of quality, ensure stable supply and strong service to match the brand positioning, and build a solid safety line during the process of plant equipment upgrading and iteration. The management side should analyze inventory, strictly control costs, optimize capital efficiency, anchor on goal implementation, and empower the enterprise for high-quality and benign operation.

In his speech, Zhai Hui, Chairman of Zhongjing Haizhu, recognized the operational achievements and core product R&D breakthroughs that Songben has secured amidst fierce market competition. He also pointed out that Songben is at a critical juncture where its development momentum urgently needs to be upgraded. It is imperative to adopt a breakthrough mindset to overcome cognitive constraints and activate new development prospects.
In this regard, Mr. Zhai proposed four important deployments: First, reshape strategic positioning, clarify differentiated positioning and product boundaries with sister brands, and accurately seize policy dividends; second, anchor on flagship products, focus on the core advantages of fireproof boards, deeply cultivate high-barrier and high-value tracks, and optimize the product system; third, strengthen collaborative efficiency, improve the talent exchange and cultivation mechanism of various production bases, build a dual-brand linkage system, break down information barriers, and achieve value coexistence; fourth, go into battle lightly, resolve pending matters with optimal costs, integrate into the new era of AI digitalization trend, and empower the operation and management system to help improve quality and efficiency.
President Zhai proposed that the group will strengthen refined management and empowerment, improve team training mechanisms, focus on results-oriented efforts to tackle challenges, and promote the quality improvement and leapfrog development of the enterprise. He encouraged all employees to open their minds, innovate and seek changes, tap into the potential of the enterprise through diverse forms, focus on high-quality development and concentrate on the sales end, and work together to promote SOBEN to achieve leapfrog breakthroughs in 2026.

At the meeting, the company commended and rewarded outstanding employees who had dedicated themselves to their positions and performed exceptionally well over the past year. Additionally, a signing ceremony for the 2026 target responsibility agreement and safety responsibility agreement was held for all sales personnel, aiming to forge a consensus through commitment and chart a blueprint for the year's development with a steadfast mission.

This conference coincides with the grand reopening of the SOBEN office building. On this occasion of ringing out the old and ringing in the new, SOBEN is embarking on a new journey and heading towards a new future with a brand-new look.
